I started Altivara because most recruitment agencies don't have a repeatable way to bring in new clients: they have referrals, unpredictable inbound, and whatever time is left over for prospecting. I'd spent years building the kind of AI-driven outbound systems that fix exactly that.

Background
Finance and marketing on paper. Outbound systems and AI in practice.
I studied finance and marketing at the University of California, Riverside, which is where I first got interested in how businesses actually grow, not through more effort, but through better systems for finding the right customers.
Before Altivara, I worked hands-on with AI at IMA Financial Group and spent time managing client relationships at USI. One taught me what AI is actually good at versus where it just adds noise; the other taught me what it takes to earn a client's trust and keep it. Both show up directly in how Altivara operates: campaigns built on AI that holds up under real conditions, and a process built around the kind of relationship management that turns a reply into a client.
I started Altivara because I kept seeing the same problem from the outside: agency owners who were genuinely good at delivering results for their clients but had no reliable way to bring in the next one. Referrals dry up. Inbound is unpredictable. I wanted to build the system that replaces both, so agency owners can spend their time closing, not prospecting.
Outside of Altivara, you'll usually find me on a golf course or at a concert, probably overthinking my swing, or already planning the next show.
